Instructions for Requesting Technical Support Assistance

1. Open a work order in SchoolDude.com.

2. If you are unable to work open a work order in SchoolDude.Com contact your school/site assigned Technology Support Specialist (TSS). 

3. If your school/site does not have a site assigned TSS please call the helpdesk at 881-5461 x 12411

NOTE:  For assistance with eSIS, please contact your eSIS Specialist. Your eSIS Specialist should be your first contact for all eSIS issues.  If your eSIS Specialist  is not available you can contact the eSIS Help Desk directly at 881-5461 option 2.

Another way for resolving technology related issues is through the knowledge base in SchoolDude.Com.  If the information you seek is not available, keep checking back.  The knowledge base is always being updated.
